1tsp caster sugar
1 apple sliced
60ml vanilla vodka
400ml prosecco (or cava or other sparking wine)
2 vanilla pods, halved lengthways
1. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together and then place onto a small plate or saucer
2. Run the slice of apple around the rims of the 4 flutes glasses to moisten them, then dip each into the cinnamon sugar and twist around to coat the rim.
3. Add a tablespoon of vanilla vodka to each glass, then divide the cider between them
4. Garnish each glass with a slice of apple and half a vanilla pod then top up with prosecco.
